IFS Certified L-3 Complex Trauma and Attachment Therapist
How Are You Doing? Como Vas?
This question is asked often — and yet, the answer may not come easily. Living in a so-called “post-COVID” world, where everything seems to be moving on, something still feels off. We longed for normal, but many of us never had a chance to grieve what was lost — or to name what’s still unsettled inside.
Maybe you’ve noticed it in your relationships. In your work. In your body. A sense of being in the in-between — not quite where you were, not yet where you want to be.
I’m here to offer a space to slow down, breathe, notice and feel.
Whether you are navigating complex trauma, disenfranchise grief (DG), or the quiet ache of identity, transition, or ancestral disconnection — you are not alone.
My Offerings
Psychotherapy
I work with adults navigating complex trauma, anxiety, ancestral disenfranchise grief, and identity-related pain.
My Approach Integrates
In-Person and Online IFS Therapy
IFS & Somatic IFS — Working with internal parts through presence, breath, and body
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy — Tracking body memory and nervous system patterns
EMDR — Reprocessing traumatic experiences gently and effectively
Sandtray & Play Therapy — Symbolic, creative work with younger or exiled parts
KAT Integration — Preparation and integration for psychedelic-assisted therapy
Consultation
I offer consultation for therapists, practitioners, and healing professionals who want to deepen their clinical work and embodied presence — especially those integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS) with Somatic IFS and creative approaches.
Whether you’re working toward IFS Certification or seeking deeper integration of expressive and body-based practices, I create a supportive, insight-rich space to explore your clinical growth and inner system as a therapist.
If you’re feeling called to do deeper healing — individually or collectively — I’d be honored to walk with you.
